Abstract
Entrepreneurship seen as a viable opportunity To understand what makes people
recognize entrepreneurship as an opportunity is important for educators as well as policy makers. Perceptions of entrepreneurship and the impact of education is studied by identifying what factors drive perceptions of entrepreneurial intentionality, perceived personal desirability, Additionally, In both groups the probability of starting a firm is low, i.e. entrepreneurship is not attractive. Entrepreneurship education programs in prestigious institutions as well as prominent incubators and accelerators have started adopting these methods. However, there are only few insights into how these methods relate to the practice of entrepreneurship and the implications for entrepreneurs and their organizations adhering to the various principles of these methods. A useful discussion of the interplay between entrepreneurial methods and the practice of entrepreneurship requires a better understanding of these methods and their constituents. Although the notion of entrepreneurial methods exists in different forms in the entrepreneurship literature, there is no common understanding of the notion. This thesis seeks to present a better understanding of the entrepreneurial methods that guide entrepreneurial behavior. It reviews nine entrepreneurial methods and contributes by developing a conceptual framework to explain, organize and improve entrepreneurial methods. The proposed framework is based on a scheme that includes a trio of terms: logic, model, and tactics. Logic is the overarching rationaleorienting the conduct of all venture creation activities.

Global marketing is “marketing on a worldwide scale reconciling or taking commercial advantage of global operational differences, similarities and opportunities in order to meet global objectives Global marketing is defined as the process of adjusting the marketing strategies of your company to adapt to the conditions of other countries. Of course, global marketing is more than selling your product or service globally. It is the full process of planning, creating, positioning, and promoting your products in a global market. Big businesses usually have offices abroad for countries they market to. Currently, with the proliferation of the internet, even small businesses can reach consumers anywhere in the world. If a business chooses not to extend internationally, it can face domestic competition from international companies that are extending their international presence. The presence of this competition almost makes it a requirement for many businesses to have an international presence. The converging needs and wants of customers around the world have created the opportunity for globalization of markets and have stimulated global competition for global resources and customers. Firms round the world are expanding their production and marketing activities beyond national and continental boundaries. Firms require global marketing strategies to expand to other geographical boundaries but their strategies meet cultural barriers. This research therefore reviewed various research works on google and google scholar using key words: culture and international marketing strategies, culture and global marketing strategies and culture and marketing strategies affirmed that culture has great influence on global marketing strategies such as promotional strategies, product design, branding, pricing and distribution processes as well as organizational performance. It is therefore prudent for international marketing managers to take keen interest in the local cultural characteristics of consumers in their marketing strategies. Localization or ”adaptation strategy” takes into account the inherent diversity that exists in international markets and treats individuals as “cultural beings” whose values and behaviors are shaped by the unique culture in which they live. Localization strategy is geared toward understanding local consumer preferences and other locale-specific requirements and then adapting the marketing mix and other business strategies to best satisfy consumer needs and wants. Several companies have created standardized products and communications that have offended people in international markets.
