Research Paper Assistance and Confidentiality
1. Scope of Services
[Techieshubhdeep IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd] specializes in providing research paper writing assistance and related support to authors at various levels, including:
- Solo authors: The Company assists in writing and advancing the author’s research paper for submission to selected journals and conferences.
- Co-authors: The Company supports individuals who wish to collaborate as co-authors on papers written by or through the Company.
- Authors availing co-authorship opportunities are also encouraged to contribute to the research process to enhance the paper's quality and engage in mutual learning.
This collaboration ensures that both the Client and the Company achieve their respective research and publication goals.
2. Confidentiality
- All research papers, drafts, and related materials provided by the Company are proprietary and strictly confidential.
- The Client agrees not to distribute, share, or disclose any such materials to third parties without prior written consent from the Company.
- Any breach of this confidentiality obligation will render the Client fully liable for all resulting damages or losses.
3. Exclusion of Conference and Journal Charges
- The fees quoted by the Company do not include conference or journal publication charges.
- The Client is solely responsible for paying these charges directly to the respective conference or journal.
4. Presentation Responsibility
The Client must independently handle all presentations associated with their research paper.
- The Client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to present their research in conferences or related forums as required.
5. Timelines and Submission Responsibility
- Any timelines provided by the Company for paper completion or publication are tentative and subject to the review process, review rounds, and acceptance decisions of the respective journal or conference.
- The Company will share the paper with the Client for final review before submission. The Client must verify all content for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Once the paper is submitted, no further changes will be entertained. The final approval for submission rests solely with the Client.
6. Journal and Conference Responsibility
- The Company will suggest reputable journals and conferences for publication; however, the final responsibility to verify the suitability of these recommendations lies with the Client.
- Upon the Client’s confirmation, the Company will proceed with the selected journal or conference.
7. Post-Publication Responsibility
The Company is not responsible for any further actions, requirements, or claims related to the paper, journal, or conference after its presentation or publication.
8. Visa and Green Card Disclaimer
- The Company does not guarantee or provide assistance in obtaining visas, green cards, or other immigration-related approvals.
- The Company’s services are limited to research publication assistance and profile-building activities.
9. Additional Assistance
- Citation formatting and review.
- Assistance in becoming a reviewer for reputed journals.
- Guidance in joining editorial boards or related academic roles.
10. Payment Terms
- All payments made to the Company, including registration fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- This non-refundable policy extends to all events beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, etc).
- Pandemics or government-imposed restrictions.
- Acts of war, terrorism, or other unforeseen disruptions.
- The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company’s obligation is limited to providing writing assistance, and no refunds will be processed regardless of delays or disruptions caused by such events.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property related to the research paper, including ideas, drafts, and final documents created by the Company, remain the sole property of the Company until the paper is submitted to the journal or conference as per the Client’s approval.
- After submission, ownership and responsibility for the paper transfer to the Client.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements or communications.
- Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
14. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation
- The Client agrees not to engage in any activity that competes with the Company’s business or solicits its employees or contractors for similar services during the term of this Agreement.
16. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.
Acceptance
By signing this Agreement, both parties acknowledge and agree to its terms and conditions.
