1. Scope of Services

[Techieshubhdeep IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd] specializes in providing research paper writing assistance and related support to authors at various levels, including:

  • Solo authors: The Company assists in writing and advancing the author’s research paper for submission to selected journals and conferences.
  • Co-authors: The Company supports individuals who wish to collaborate as co-authors on papers written by or through the Company.
  • Authors availing co-authorship opportunities are also encouraged to contribute to the research process to enhance the paper's quality and engage in mutual learning.

This collaboration ensures that both the Client and the Company achieve their respective research and publication goals.

2. Confidentiality

  • All research papers, drafts, and related materials provided by the Company are proprietary and strictly confidential.
  • The Client agrees not to distribute, share, or disclose any such materials to third parties without prior written consent from the Company.
  • Any breach of this confidentiality obligation will render the Client fully liable for all resulting damages or losses.

3. Exclusion of Conference and Journal Charges

  • The fees quoted by the Company do not include conference or journal publication charges.
  • The Client is solely responsible for paying these charges directly to the respective conference or journal.

4. Presentation Responsibility

The Client must independently handle all presentations associated with their research paper.

  • The Client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to present their research in conferences or related forums as required.

5. Timelines and Submission Responsibility

  • Any timelines provided by the Company for paper completion or publication are tentative and subject to the review process, review rounds, and acceptance decisions of the respective journal or conference.
  • The Company will share the paper with the Client for final review before submission. The Client must verify all content for accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Once the paper is submitted, no further changes will be entertained. The final approval for submission rests solely with the Client.

6. Journal and Conference Responsibility

  • The Company will suggest reputable journals and conferences for publication; however, the final responsibility to verify the suitability of these recommendations lies with the Client.
  • Upon the Client’s confirmation, the Company will proceed with the selected journal or conference.

7. Post-Publication Responsibility

The Company is not responsible for any further actions, requirements, or claims related to the paper, journal, or conference after its presentation or publication.

8. Visa and Green Card Disclaimer

  • The Company does not guarantee or provide assistance in obtaining visas, green cards, or other immigration-related approvals.
  • The Company’s services are limited to research publication assistance and profile-building activities.

9. Additional Assistance

  • Citation formatting and review.
  • Assistance in becoming a reviewer for reputed journals.
  • Guidance in joining editorial boards or related academic roles.

10. Payment Terms

  • All payments made to the Company, including registration fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • This non-refundable policy extends to all events beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to:
    • Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, etc).
    • Pandemics or government-imposed restrictions.
    • Acts of war, terrorism, or other unforeseen disruptions.
  • The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company’s obligation is limited to providing writing assistance, and no refunds will be processed regardless of delays or disruptions caused by such events.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All intellectual property related to the research paper, including ideas, drafts, and final documents created by the Company, remain the sole property of the Company until the paper is submitted to the journal or conference as per the Client’s approval.
  • After submission, ownership and responsibility for the paper transfer to the Client.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements or communications.

  • Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation

  • The Client agrees not to engage in any activity that competes with the Company’s business or solicits its employees or contractors for similar services during the term of this Agreement.

16. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.

Acceptance

By signing this Agreement, both parties acknowledge and agree to its terms and conditions.

    By enrolling in a course provided by Techieshubhdeep Solutions Pvt Ltd, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. If you require any assistance or clarification with any of the below, you are welcome to contact.

    Your declaration

    1.1 By enrolling in a course with us, you:

  • Confirm that all the information you’ve given us in connection with your enrolment is complete, true and correct at the time it’s given.
  • Confirm that you have access to a suitable workplace if necessary to fulfil course requirements; to a computer with an internet connection and Microsoft Office software or similar; the ability to view YouTube; and any additional hardware, software or equipment as specified on our website for the course in which you are enrolling (your “Course”).
  • Confirm that you’ve read and understood all the information in this document, the relevant policies links, and our Code of ethics, and that you agree to act in accordance with them.
  • Accept that it’s your responsibility to ensure that the personal information you provide to us is kept current. Any changes to your name, address, email address, phone numbers, payment options or banking details should be sent to us as soon as practicable with any relevant documentation.
  • Agree to retain a current email address by which you can be contacted for the duration of your course, and through which we may communicate formally with you via email and through the learning environment.
  • Confirm that you understand the challenges in accessing a suitable workplace, particularly for assessment tasks for students that are not of working age.

    • 1.2 You acknowledge that you may be prevented from enrolling with us or have your enrolment cancelled if we determine that any of the above statements are untrue, or you are otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions.

    Payment terms

    2.1. By enrolling in a course with us, you:

  • Confirm that you’ve read and understood the fees associated with your Course and agree to pay your requisite fees
  • Confirm that if you are under 18 years you have submitted your parental consent form including their agreement to the payment of fees arrangements.

    2.2. If you fail to pay any part of the Course fee by the due date, we reserve the right to:

  • Restrict access to our institute/ classrooms/ online learning environment
  • Withhold marking of assessments and issuance of qualifications or statements of attainment for partial completion;
  • Notify relevant credit agencies of your default.

    2.3. If you’re paying your Course fee by installments, you:

  • Must use a valid Debit/ Credit card or bank account;
  • Must agree to a Direct Debit Request Service Agreement;
  • Must pay all such installments on or before the due dates; and will be liable to pay late fine if fee paid after due date.
  • Remain liable for unpaid installments event if you finish your course early;
  • Will not be entitled to be issued with a qualification until you have paid your course fee in full;
  • Will not be entitled to be issued with a statement of attainment for a module until you have paid all fees in respect of that module.

    • Withdrawal and Refund Policy

    3.1. You can get a full refund without penalties or fees:

  • Before your course starts
  • Within seven days of your course enrolment date if condition “A” fulfills

    3.2. You’re not eligible for a refund for modules already provided unless special circumstances (such as approved medical, changes in employment, or family and personal reasons, evidenced appropriately, apply).

    3.3. If you don’t complete the course within its mandatory timeframe, your enrolment expires without refund, unless you have paid a fee for an extension.

    3.4. Course fees won’t be refunded as a result of a course change (refer to ‘Changing course’ below).

    3.5. To be eligible for a standard refund you must have:

  • Withdrawn from the course
  • Completed a refund request

    • 3.6. If there is an outstanding debt associated with your course, please contact us for possible payment options.
  • Any refund sought by the customer depends on the work given by us, if more than 25% of the work has been given by us, no amount will be refunded to them.

    • Changing course

    4.1. You are not allowed to change your course without a proper application letter. Course change request can only be accepted for upgrade, no downgrade request will be accepted, course can be changed where fee structure is appreciate.

    Language, Literacy and Numeracy

    Students who have difficulty with basic literacy, numeracy, English language or other areas of learning are requested to advise us of this at the time of enrolment. We may be able to provide direct assistance or refer the student to the appropriate agency on a fee borne by student.

    7.1. By enrolling in a course with us, you’re expected to comply with the terms and conditions for using our websites and student platforms for the duration of your enrolment. If we consider that you’re not complying with these requirements, we may cancel your enrolment, which may result in your loss of fees.

    7.2 Some information collected by our website will not in itself identify you, but will provide information about your use of our website (for example ‘clickstream data’ or ‘cookies’). We may collect and use this data to track use of our website and/or to help improve our help.

    Privacy Policy

    8.1. By enrolling in a course with us you:

  • Agree that we may collect personal information (including sensitive information) about you for the purposes of enrolling you in your Course, processing your enrolment application, managing your participation in your Course, improving our products and help, and communicating with you about our products and help (including your Course).
  • Understand that we’re obligated to disclose your personal information to relevant government authorities as required by law and for reporting purposes.

    Our obligation

    9.1 Subject to these General terms and conditions, Techieshubhdeep Solutions Pvt Ltd:

  • Agrees to provide you with access to our Classroom and online learning environment, associated learning material and trainers
  • Will respond to your questions throughout your course
  • Mark and provide feedback on your assessments
  • Provide you with access to our student support help
  • Issue you with certification for your successful completion of a course or part thereof


    • 9.2 We may make changes to your Course (including units, learning materials and assessments), to our policies and procedures from time to time, and reasonable changes to our fees.

    For Ph.D. & M.Tech. Students:

  • After every 3 Months there must be a reregistration fee off Rs. 3000/- has to be paid
  • For any Additional work there must be additional charges according to work .
  • If any student misbehave with our staff Techies can quit your work at that time.
  • If Research work or Development work taking additional time is done then extra charges will be added in your project fees.
  • You have to report whenever you are requested to visit.

    • Dispute Resolution :

  • 10.1 The solution of all the problems of the customer will be at the head office Gwalior.

    • Cancellation Policy :

  • 11.1 The case of cancellation of any work by the customer will be done keeping in view the percentage of work given by us, if the work is more than 33 percent, the customer cannot cancel the work.
